Universiti Malaysia Perlis Professional Program
IFMA Malaysia Chapter supports life long learning professional pathways that expand access to industry-relevant facility management qualifications. In this effort, we are pleased to highlight the collaboration between Universiti Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP)—through the Professional Development Continuing Education (PDCE) unit and the Faculty of Civil Engineering Technology (FTKA)—and Mega Jati Academy Sdn. Bhd., a certified training provider under the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia within IFMA Malaysia joint collaboration to support the professional programs, Professional Diploma, Professional Bachelor and Professional Master in Facility Management.
This partnership offers a structured progression of Professional Certificate Programs mapped to both the Construction Skills Qualification Framework (CSQF) and the European Qualifications Framework (EQF).
These programs focus on enhancing professional competencies in facility management while providing an alternative, flexible professional route for working professionals. Successful graduates receive their awards through UniMAP’s official University Convocation, fully endorsed by the University Senate, ensuring academic integrity and institutional recognition.
Through this collaborative pathway, IFMA Malaysia continues to strengthen national FM capability by supporting education solutions that align with global standards, industry requirements, and lifelong professional development.
